Supplier of Soups to a Number of Major Chains
This customer is a supplier of soups to a number of the major chains and approached us to see if we could produce an oven for producing croutons.
We carried out some preliminary trials on one of our test machines and were then able to produce a machine that was capable of force drying and crisping bread cubes to make croutons. The machine was installed and was successful in producing 10% more production than was originally specified.
We recently undertook a project to develop a specialised industrial oven, specifically designed for crouton production. The purpose of this bespoke oven was to meet the demands of our client, a soup supplier to a number of major chains, who required a reliable and efficient solution for producing large quantities of high-quality croutons.
