Grills, Ovens and Machines for Meat and Fish
Our grills are used for grilling meat such as steaks, burgers and other meat or meat products. These grills normally have two temperature zones along their length, the first to sear or seal the product and the lower, running at a lower temperature allows heat to be conducted through the meat and cook it throughout. We produce a ‘steak’ grill that has three conveyors, each travelling at a different speed. This allows rare, medium and well-cooked steaks to be cooked without having to change any settings. Our high temperature grills can replicate Tandoori oven cooking.
Our bar marking machines are used bar marking burgers, sausages, chicken and many other meat products. In addition they are used for bar marking fish such as salmon.
Our flash roasters are used for ‘flash’ roasting steamed hams, beef and pork joints. For example, a precooked ham can be ‘flash’ roasted to give a fully roast appearance in under 3 minutes with a weight loss of 2%. We have produced a flash roaster with an oval chamber rather than a circular chamber to enable a well know turkey producer to ‘flash’ roast turkey saddles.
Because we have the experience and knowledge to be able to provide you with equipment that will be suitable for your application and will give a long reliable working life. If we are not 100% confident that the equipment will perform as you require, we will not supply it. We have built up a very good reputation over a long period of time and want to keep it.
Our machines are designed in a semi modular form and so changes to the length or width of the cooking chamber is possible. These changes may incur a cost. Other more complex changes to the design can be incorporated but this will incur costs and a longer delivery.
Small ovens and grills can usually be manufactured within six weeks, however large lines can take up to 28 weeks.
